What we can and cannot say yet

Ritalix Travel is a pre-launch UK travel platform. The website, member area, pricing engine and administration tools are functional software.

Hotel inventory, rates and availability shown on this site are demonstration data used to build and test the platform. They are not live supplier rates and cannot be confirmed as reservations.

We do not claim signed wholesale supplier contracts, live API inventory, regulatory approvals, industry memberships, financial-protection schemes or completed booking volume.

Rates are constructed from a supplier net price plus a defined Ritalix margin. Member pricing may apply an additional membership adjustment within limits set by our pricing rules.

Every rate displays its board basis, cancellation terms and the total for the selected stay, including taxes and fees where applicable, before any commitment.

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the rate. Currency conversion, where relevant, will be disclosed at the point of payment once live processing is enabled.

Cancellation terms are set by each hotel and supplier rate, not by Ritalix. Refundable and non-refundable rates are labelled distinctly.

During pre-launch, no reservation created on this platform is a confirmed hotel booking, and no cancellation charge can arise.

No payment is taken anywhere on this platform during pre-launch. Checkout is a demonstration of the flow only.

When payments are enabled, they will be handled by a regulated payment provider. Ritalix will not store full card details.

Benefits such as breakfast, room upgrades, credits or late check-out are offered at the discretion of individual properties and depend on availability and rate conditions.

We list a benefit only where the rate or property specifies it. Where a benefit is subject to availability, we say so.

We collect the details needed to operate a membership account, respond to concierge requests and hold booking information: name, contact details, traveller details you choose to save, and booking history.

Access to member data is restricted at the database level so members can read and change only their own records.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time.

Ritalix uses a normalised internal hotel model and a supplier adapter layer. Suppliers under discussion or testing are labelled as such in our partner information.

Supplier credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
