What members ask first
- Is Ritalix live yet?
- No. Ritalix is pre-launch. The platform, pricing engine and member area are functional, but hotel inventory shown is demonstration data and no payment is taken.
- Where do member rates come from?
- Rates are built from supplier net pricing plus a transparent Ritalix margin. Wholesale supplier integrations are in preparation, and each rate will state its board basis and cancellation terms.
- Will membership pricing change at launch?
- Pricing above is indicative. Pre-launch members will be told the final pricing before anything is charged.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Membership will be month-to-month with no minimum term, and no charge is taken during pre-launch.
